The Combin massif, with the 4,314-metre Grand Combin at its centre, half an hour from Sion.
Thirty minutes devoted to a single massif, the Combin, on the border between the val de Bagnes and the Great St Bernard. The Grand Combin holds the centre at 4,314 metres, ringed by satellite peaks and hanging glaciers that no hiking trail ever reaches. It is a massif you see badly from the valley, hidden behind the first ridges, and that the helicopter reveals all at once. Private aircraft, never shared with other passengers.
Frequently asked questions
Can the aircraft be chartered privately?
Yes. All our scenic flights can be privatised — the whole aircraft to yourself, whatever the number of passengers. It is also the only way to guarantee an exact departure time, since a shared flight depends on the aircraft filling up.
What happens if the weather is bad?
A flight never departs in degraded conditions: the decision rests with the pilot, usually the day before. The flight is then postponed, or refunded, according to the operator's own terms — we reproduce them word for word on each page, before any request.
Can children fly?
Yes, from the age of 2 on most aircraft, and on an adult's lap below that age depending on the operator. Each passenger's weight is requested at booking so the aircraft can be correctly balanced.
