The status of HELILINEA

HELILINEA acts solely as an intermediary between third-party air operators and the client. It presents their services and passes on to them the requests of interested customers.

HELILINEA holds no mandate from either the client or the operator. It charters no aircraft, arranges no transport and collects no payment.

HELILINEA does not operate aircraft, is neither a contracting carrier nor an actual carrier, and does not itself provide air transport services. The contract of carriage is concluded between the client and the air operator, who alone remains responsible for performing the flight.

Prices and estimates

The prices shown on this site, in particular in the estimator and on the aircraft pages, are indicative ranges. They constitute neither an offer in the legal sense of the term nor a contractual commitment within the meaning of the Bulgarian Obligations and Contracts Act (Закон за задълженията и договорите).

Only a named quotation, drawn up after consulting the operators and accepted by both parties, is binding. The final price depends on the aircraft actually available, its position at the time of the enquiry, the applicable airport charges and operating conditions.

Aircraft technical specifications

The data published on the aircraft pages — range, cruise speed, number of seats, take-off and landing distances — are manufacturer specifications given for guidance only. They vary with the version, the configuration, the load and the weather conditions.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, code, illustrations — is the property of HELILINEA unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

The aircraft names and models mentioned belong to their respective manufacturers and are referred to for descriptive purposes only.

Mapping data

The base maps come from OpenFreeMap and OpenStreetMap, under the ODbL licence. Country outlines come from the Natural Earth dataset, which is in the public domain.

Liability

HELILINEA takes care to ensure that the information published is accurate, but cannot guarantee that it is exhaustive or permanently up to date. Use of the information on this site is the sole responsibility of the user.

Governing law

As WE-BUS EOOD is established in Bulgaria, this site and the services described on it are governed by Bulgarian law.

This choice does not deprive a client acting as a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence (Rome I Regulation, Article 6). A consumer resident in France therefore retains the benefit of French consumer law.

Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts. A consumer client may nevertheless bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile, and may only be sued before those courts (Brussels I bis Regulation, Articles 17 to 19).
