Departing from Toussus-le-Noble, five minutes' flying from the palace. The Grand Canal appears first, a cross of water more than a kilometre and a half long, then Le Nôtre's gardens and the 680-metre facade. The flight continues over the valleys of Chevreuse, Dampierre and Breteuil. Since flying over central Paris at low altitude is prohibited, this is the great heritage flight of the Paris region.

Frequently asked questions

Can the aircraft be chartered privately?
Yes. All our scenic flights can be privatised — the whole aircraft to yourself, whatever the number of passengers. It is also the only way to guarantee an exact departure time, since a shared flight depends on the aircraft filling up.
What happens if the weather is bad?
A flight never departs in degraded conditions: the decision rests with the pilot, usually the day before. The flight is then postponed, or refunded, according to the operator's own terms — we reproduce them word for word on each page, before any request.
Can children fly?
Yes, from the age of 2 on most aircraft, and on an adult's lap below that age depending on the operator. Each passenger's weight is requested at booking so the aircraft can be correctly balanced.
