Seventy minutes across the Alps to the most famous summit in Switzerland.
Seventy minutes to cross the Alps from one massif to another. The flight leaves the Bernese Oberland, crosses the watershed and drops into the Valais as far as the Matterhorn. It is the longest flight of the base, and the only one that gives the measure of the range: you understand in an hour what the road takes a day to tell. Private aircraft, never shared with other passengers.
Frequently asked questions
Can the aircraft be chartered privately?
Yes. All our scenic flights can be privatised — the whole aircraft to yourself, whatever the number of passengers. It is also the only way to guarantee an exact departure time, since a shared flight depends on the aircraft filling up.
What happens if the weather is bad?
A flight never departs in degraded conditions: the decision rests with the pilot, usually the day before. The flight is then postponed, or refunded, according to the operator's own terms — we reproduce them word for word on each page, before any request.
Can children fly?
Yes, from the age of 2 on most aircraft, and on an adult's lap below that age depending on the operator. Each passenger's weight is requested at booking so the aircraft can be correctly balanced.
